Chris is SO in love with his “pretty girl” and new wife. I think he must have said “you’re such a pretty girl, you’re so beautiful at least five hundred times on their wedding day. Gabrielle couldn’t have been more thrilled to be married to her sweet new husband and couldn’t stop exclaiming, “I’m a wife now!” The joy was contagious, and even though it was forty degrees and raining, we couldn’t have been in warmer spirits if we tried.Read More
Before their vows, Kristen and Jason had their pastor ask all of the guests, every last one, to come put their hands on the couple and pray for them and their new life together. I have no words for how special this was to witness or how hard it was not to put my cameras down and join in. These intimate moments and glimpses into the lives of the couples I spend time with are what really truly drives me in my work. Every moment from the start of the ceremony until the party really got going at the reception was absolutely giving clues on who exactly Jason and Kristen are together and as individuals, and I am so thankful to have seen their day.Read More
Chandler and John have such deep and joyful love for each other that you couldn’t help but feel it all around you as you spent their wedding day with them. I am so thrilled to be introducing my new couples' session, the Adored Experience! It is far more than just a couples session and features deep connection through meaningful conversation and zero posing. Before each session we go through in depth planning conversations with each partner, so that I can be sure I customize the experience to perfectly reflect who you are as individuals and a couple.
Creating this experience has been so rewarding. I love the relationships I get to capture on wedding days but the connection created and documented in the Adored Experience is so much bigger. Without the posing, without the timelines, without the pressure of a big event, the moments created here are so relaxed and genuine, and I get to witness how deep the love between couples really grows over time. Whether you've been married for a week or a decade or fifty years, this session can be a wonderful experience and chance to connect on a brand new level.
I can't wait to see more love through the Adored Experience and am so happy to introduce this project to you all after several months of development and planning. It is unlike anything I've ever done but it's by far my favorite project, and I am so happy to finally be ready to share it with the world!

Honestly, sometimes I don't balance them equally. Sometimes being a family oriented person who also runs a business out of her home is extremely difficult and I can't focus on all of my roles at once. Sometimes the business needs me more so I stay up until midnight, and sometimes my baby is sick and other than responding to emails on my phone, I have to neglect the business.Read More
